Order never arrived to my house. I contacted UPS immediately after the status online said delivered and they confirmed that it was delivered to the wrong address. I notified Colourpop, and they said to wait a couple more days. I did, and when nothing came, I emailed Colourpop again only to get the exact same answer (literally copied and pasted). I waited 21 business days, as they said I had to. When it STILL hadn’t arrived, I was just hoping for a refund and all Colourpop did was issue a store credit. I don’t even want to buy from them again. Definitely won’t in the future due to their lack of customer service.

I ordered $100 worth of gift cards. They were never delivered and every attempt I made to get the error corrected was ignored and left without a response. It's been over a month

I have not even received the package yet, its still stuck in custom office for duty taxes. I will never purchase from you people again.

My order shows delivered and I haven’t received it yet, apparently this happens often according to the rep I’m working with

They reship what was missing. But I bought the lip liner box. And it came broken. They wouldn't let me return it for a new one. With the money I spent I wouldn't feel comfortable to order again. Yes I understand there no returns. I wasn't asking for my money back just another box of not broken lippies. Also I got into a sad funk because I didnt recieve it like I was supposed too b4 valentine's day. I was willing to return my lippies for new ones I deserve new ones for what I paid 4. Truly sad and disappointed.
