Took 8 days after purchase to ship

Havent got anything yet and i cant see where the products are, its been more then a month

My items were so bad I didn’t like the quality was refused to have the opportunity to return them

terrible brand， never buying again

My order was canceled without telling me

I received an item that was used I tried to contact customer support and they told me that I needed to send them another picture

Cancelled my order not even bother to send our an email. I had to find out through by logging into my account and tracking my back transactions. So inappropriate!

Your company lacks in customer service in every regard. How you all are still growing as a brand/company is beyond me. Your representatives and managers are rude, and your company is money driven. Losing one customer may not mean much to any of you, but continuing to run your business in this manner will cost you every customer.
