My pallets arrived broken and all the lip products I received have aluminum in them. In fact all the products I received contain toxic ingredients. Won’t be purchasing again.

Poorer quality than I'd expected. The "long-lasting" lip color comes off in two minutes. Eyeshadow not pigmented with tons of fallout.

This is my second time ordering from this website and I pay for the fast shipping and a problem occurs! This time my shipment has been returned because they didn’t put my number on the shipment so the shipping company didn’t reach me, and they didn’t ask me for my number !! Plus I have to place another order and give me refund once my order is back to them! I want a refund and I will never order from this website again.

Customer service was horrible. I received a used and or damaged item and was pretty much called a liar even with photos to prove it. Bad first time buying 😡
