Never received my items and Colurpop cosmetics could care less because I didn’t complain with theirs small window frame to report a lost/stolen package I will never order here again

My order was never delivered. I received shipping details but it never made it from the us to the UK. Instead the first I heard about this was colourpop giving me a refund for 'returning the order'. I contacted the team who could not provide me with any explanation on why it failed. Which implies postage was not correct or simply not paid. The fact I was given no option to reorder or any explanation despite multiple emails. (The only way I could get a response was via social media...) But I will now never order from here again because they say they do worldwide delivery when clearly they do not. (or won't honour sale prices.)

It's been over a month and I've not received my order!!

I emailed colourpop with concerns I had and I was redirected over and over. I was really disappointed and concerned with how eyeshadow palettes were made with an asterisk on some colors that might not be safe around the eye. How does that even make sense? Anyway, I reached out a few times to give feedback and was dismissed. Disappointing because I like products y’all make, I will be super vigilant about buying products from this company (if I ever choose to again).
