Hello Colourpop I placed an order last year October. I did not receive my items.Taking a chance once more .I placed another order this year January still has not received my order. I have sent many emails trying to locate my parcel. Your staff has been very unsupportive and not helpful. I love colourpop. I'm hoping and praying I receive my items. It's really disappointing and difficult. I not sure if I will order again. Thanks Prishana South Africa

I have been waiting for more than a month, and there is still no news of express delivery. You said to resend without any reply. One said that it was received in 21 days. I waited for one and a half months without any news.

Quality of the eyeliners what we're whole was great. But a third of them were broken when they arrived. The website says that colourpop will just replace them, however I've been trying for over a month to get a resolution to my complaint. Disappointed that poor customer service let's down good products

Not much variety or excitement between the tints. It is smooth and creamy but barely lasts as long as it takes to apply. It’s not worth my time or money. Might be best for a young beginner. Would return if able.
