Orders take too long. My order was processing for exactly 7 days!! Received my package almost 3 weeks after ordering and the products were not even worth the wait.

Took a week to ship and 2 weeks to deliver, and I can't return it during the shipping time. Horrible service

My order came broken and they didn’t care, as a huge company you’d expect better. I’ve had small local business owners with more respect and pride than colourpop do. Nothing they could release would excite me enough to waste my time and money on them again
