The lip liners aren’t designed very well. The colour continually needs to be sharpened or it pops back up in the shaft of the pencil. The pigment is good.

The tracking status of the order was very poor.

Colourpop has a very diverse product selection. However, their website is incredibly slow. They also have a horrible return and exchange policy, reasoning that because their products are "cheap" they cannot accept products from unsatisfied customers. If you can, I would buy their products from a cosmetic store like ulta, so you can see if you'll like the product instead of basing it off of a picture.

Put out so many new releases that so many seem super similar, used to love lipstick formulations but now hate them, they come off and also come in way less fun colors.

The products are always late, but they’re not bad

Shadow pallet is good, however the gel liner (pink one) seems to be dry, falls in lumps, pulls the eyelid, unpleasant when applied Yellow one is better, but it is applied inhomogeneously

First received order missing items , and then had to wait another two weeks for right product to come

Love everything and the packaging is so darn cute, very good quality makeup too. However, minus two stars because customer service didn’t respond to my question until my package already arrived and the shipping process took way too long.
