Shipping process takes too long

Please improve the following: > your customer service (solution: faster response rate) > delivery (partner with a much faster forwarder) > replacement on broken products ( don't give a code, either replace or refund)

I like the products but the customer service team is rude and unhelpful. I have purchased frequently from Colourpop but after my last interaction (where I spent over $100), I will find a different company to do business with.

Sadly ordered a duplicate set but Colourpop would not allow return as "they are too cheap". Over $60 is not cheap in my opinion. Good product but very poor customer service.

I contacted the customer service platform about exchanging the shade of a product, this was before the product had been shipped. I was supposed to receive a response in 48 hours but got no response. Luckily I am able to make the shade work but poor customer service.

Unfortunately I made the mistake of ordering Colourpop online. I ordered 3 palettes - Creamsicle, Sorbet and Cream Soda - newer highly rated colors. While I like the colors, when I recently opened the Creamsicle - the top left glittery color was all crushed and it crumbled further then I opened the top of the container. I sent a note to Colourpop asking for a refund or credit and even sent a photo. They told me there is only a two week window to do that. I asked again and they said the same thing. So I won't be ordering online again from them.
