Colourpop recently sent out an email for leap year claiming that if you ordered that day they would send a surprise with every order and that it "only happens every 4 years". Turns it was an emailed code for 15% off $20..something they do all the time. I find it pretty deceitful to purposely word it that way because they knew people would place orders. They send out codes like that all the time.

Definitely don’t recommend because I had the worst experience, didn’t receive my entire order on top of that I had to email send pictures etc and when they sent out another shipment they left out an item again on the confirmation and I had to email them again. They give me a coupon telling me I have to spend another $50??? To get free shipping and to get that one item worth $10

SUCH A JOKE. I ordered a 12 pan glitter palette and did not receive all the pans, then I ordered the Lippie Pencil Vault and received the Lip Crayon Vault instead. So I emailed the customer service team 3 TIMES and NO ONE ANSWERED! I will never be ordered from their website again. If you want their products order from Ulta where at least they are competent enough to answer their emails and fix the merchandise for you!

I love your products, I was so excited to get the full Valentine’s Day collection since I bought it all. I was going away for a trip so I though I was going to have it by then (there was a 2 week in between to get the order ) I kept checking in and emailing customer services but legit days before I left to the trip the package had not even shipped. Very very disappointed , I had to buy seperate traveling skin care since I was relying on Colourpops travel kit that came in the full collection... it sucks so much because I want to purchase more since not everything is at Ulta but the shipping services is just so disappointing...
