Was not happy with the products, they offer NO RETURN POLICY and then did not offer any compensation for the poor products

I love the brand and I really really wanted to try stuff out. So I finally ordered some stuff. First of all, it took a very long time to get in the Netherlands, then the postal service Colourpop used wasn't able to bring the package to my home and they couldn't tell me where the package was, for some reason (I never got an explanation). The package was sent back to Colourpop... I contacted Colourpop to ask what's going on, the only could tell me that they had the same information AND that they could not send the package back. So now I have to wait until they received it before I even get my money back. And the coupons for the discount I used are no longer functioning. So long story short I didn't get my package after 3 months, they won't give my money back until they received the package, they aren't gonna send a new package and they will not compensate at all. Bad service in comparison to other brands, I'm very disappointed.

Ordered pallettes well in advance for Christmas gifts & they did not arrive on time.

I ordered a lot of pallets that were for $9 a lot were out they said notify me when there in so I did and it’s really sad that the sale price wasn’t being honored I’m on a fix income I can’t afford those prices so when there on sale I order them I’ve even referred a lot my friends to colourpop they now order from y’all it’s not like I get a commission for referring ppl just a customer who was hoping to get the pallets for the same price when they came in

I dis’d not receive my command, it’s been over a month.
