I’ve been ordering from colourpop for years and have never had an issue until a few days ago. One of the products in my order was wrong, so I submitted a customer service form on their site. They got back to me pretty promptly, less than 48 hours, and gave me a coupon for the full price of the item I didn’t receive. The only annoying thing is that I’ll still have to pay shipping and taxes if I reorder the product, but I do also have an extra thing I didn’t have to pay for or return so I’m not too annoyed by that. I can see why some people wouldn’t be happy with store credit, but I don’t really have any problem with it because their products are great.

so usually customer service is the worst and they just give you a coupon if something is missing or broken but i had an order go missing and another arrived broken and they replaced both that I upped the the rating.

I don’t understand all of these poor reviews! I’ve been ordering at least once a month for almost a year. When they’ve taken a long time to ship (a week) they’ve put a free item in my package. I have received everything I have ordered (until today) and nothing has ever arrived damaged or missing. They even sent me a free box over the summer with more than $30 of products. Today I got somebody else’s order instead of mine and I have emailed customer service. If it isn’t resolved I’ll be back to change my review but I fully expect them to ship out the right order and pay to return the mistake (they might even let me keep the mistake shipment). I gave 4 stars because I purchased a “limited edition” super shock vault during the holidays that they said had super limited quantities and would never come back. It was shown as sold out for a while then they brought it back at 20% off. I don’t think they care a lot about backing up their advertising and the way they encourage women via their social media to spend recklessly is a turnoff. But I love their products and have been otherwise consistently pleased.

This is my first time ordering from this company, and I will say its been quite a experience. I got really excited because of the free shipping so I made a huge order with a friend. I live in Mexico (sorry for my english), and i didnt knew that huge packages can be stuck in customs. Oh well. My items shipped on Nov 30th and my last tracking from USPS said it was on LA (Dec 3rd). No more. After the 21 days business I contacted via email. They replied the same day saying someone will take care of that (that was a friday). The next monday I got another email, telling me that they are sorry and they would offer either a courtesy replacement or a refund for my package. I decided to get the replacement on a different address, because I live on the border and I have a friend who lives on the States. (I know, it was stupid to not order in usa in the first place). So lucky me, I got my new package on Jan 12th, with all our things in perfect conditions (: However, I dont give 5 stars, simply because my original order never came to me, and the waiting was really frustating. The reason I got my new items was because it arrived in USA. What about us, international customers? That's not fair. I would definitely not order to Mexico again, but obviously it's different with other countries. So my final thoughts are that, the brand its great, its affordable and you should order from them only if you have the patience to wait in case it doesn't arrive in the 21 days.

Love their products and the price point are great. Ordered the ooh la la palette and it came with a crack in the front but wasn’t too noticeable, so i didn’t have much of an issue. Liquid lipsticks are lovely but suede lip has a weird consistency and ends up crumbly. Love their highlights

I was extremely paranoid after reading all these horrendous reviews so I basically lost hope in receiving my products after waiting for almost 3 weeks. Today, my order FINALLY arrived in the mail and it was basically INTACT (Thank God!). The quality and package weren't as AMAZING as expected (pretty sure they photoshopped the pictures online) but they are still pretty decent for their price! I live in Melbourne and from what I've observed most complaints concerning the shipping process are from UK so I assume the shipping process differs from country to country? (like I didn't pay the customs fee nor did my products get tampered/squished/lost) Also, I'm really lucky to not have been through the entire process of negotiating with the customer service, it seems hella tedious to me! Anyway, I think Colourpop is great (they even included an adorable card along with my makeup products). Will most probably buy stuff from them again:)

Ordered 3 times. Two packages were delivered perfectly, but the last one was lost. Customer service was very understanding, they immediately offered replacement or refund. Second package was delivered with not standard but fast shipping. Overall I am satisfied with customer service and product quality
