Shipping took forever

Products are good, but customer service is not. Order was missing an item and so they issued a COUPON for a future purchase? Making a shipping error is NOT an opportunity to solicit a future purchace- and when you buy an item you should either get that item or be refunded.

Never received product. Kept contacting colourpop they asked me to contact the post office. Really disappointed will not be recommending

I bought the juicyjas bundle and was my first purchase from colourpop. The mascara arrived dried out and the lippie pencils top doesn’t close so that was dried out as well. The eyeshadow came in broken as well so overall a very bad experience and purchase.

I didnt get my package or my refund

The first time I ordered from Colourpop, they left out a brush from a brush set I ordered. The second time I ordered from them, again, they made an order mistake (sent the incorrect concealer shade). Both of these times, they tried to "compensate" by giving a coupon code so that I could order the product again. However, they refused to cover the shipping cost. At the end of the day, I, the customer, have to pay extra for the mistakes that were made on their end.

I recently emailed to report that my 1.5 yr old shock shadow pots are all dried up. As a customer, I was disappointed that no replacement or exchanges were offered. Disappointing. Won't recommend products for this reason.
