I love the quality and prices of colourpop make up. My only gripe is that’s they come out with so many new things so often and then they don’t keep older items very long. I often find myself stressed when i come to the website to buy things because I find so much of the new items that i want and so many items from older themes and launches that my cart becomes more than I can afford or I just get purchase anxiety and buy nothing. I recently have switched over to buying nothing but things from the “Last Call” section, hoping that i can find discontinued colors i want to try, or discontinued formulas and i didn’t get the chance to try when they were new. Colourpop is my favorite brand but it’s hard because i always feel like i’m missing out on something

Honestly love the purpose of this brand! Recently watched a YouTuber do a full review of Colourpop items (Allana Davidson) and I had to order some for myself! Only thing I didn’t like was that I entered my email to receive 15% off my first purchase and it says you have 7 days to use the code and it didn’t work the next day. So i tried contacting customer service and they just repeated the same thing that’s under the code! But I had just received the code a day before I contacted them and they wouldn’t help me out with another code or reasoning behind the sudden expiration! So I had to submit a different email and make a purchase right after receiving the code. Other then that can’t wait for my items!

As far as products colourpop has always been on point. I've bought for years and I didn't give 5 stars due to the customer service has gotten worse.

Me encantan sus productos, pero en mi compra anterior me lo enviaron en una casa común y sin ninguna atención, y en las anteriores a esa me lo enviaron en cajas preciosas con algún regalito. Me gustaba más esa forma de cuidar a sus clientes.

I'd buy direct from you always but if ulta (hopefully sephora one day...) has it I'll buy from them for the reward points. If Colourpop had reward points.......

I’ve ordered from Colourpop on multiple different occasions Once I had ordered a few items and one of them was damaged and once the box never arrived. I emailed them with a complaint and they got back to me the next day saying they’d replace it at no charge, the box which never arrived they just refunded me in full. Very nice and professional about the situation. I am satisfied with their customer service, despite the damaged product or lost parcel. But only suggestion I have, you need to better pack items. It's always a plain box with a card inside. I wonder how all the items come not damaged.. some miracle in work.
