I sent an email stating my order had the incorrect address and never received a response. I have not received my order as it was delivered to an incorrect address. Phillip Greenspan.

I placed my order on February 13. It is March 22 and my cosmetics never reached me, moreover Colourpop still has not reimbursed me. In the meantime - when I was expecting my order - even though that I pointed out several times that something is wrong with the shipment (because my package was awaiting through several days in pick up point) they did not take any action. After all, when I have asked why my shipment is on the way back to USA, they just said that they are sorry and I can place my order once again. NO THANK YOU COLOURPOP, I will not freeze my money once again for 2 months just for fun... They are just not interested to help customers. Very disappointing

Very good products but it has been more than 30 days and I still have not received my "All that" palette and they have not helped me.

Palletes all came broken and they wont replace them. Also shopping times take a long time. Wouldnt suggest buying from them. There are much better make up options

I didn’t realize Colourpop had switched to shipping with DHL, I’m really dissatisfied with this. I live overseas on a military base, so with DHL and ground shipping it’ll take at least a month to get to me. With USPS my orders get to me usually in a week, this is a huge difference in arrival time. I won’t be ordering again as long as shipping with DHL continues, let me know when you switch back to USPS.

Colorpop is a trash brand, they spend all the money on marketing and packaging, but if you really get there products you’ll notice how bad the quality is. Every single drugstore brand has better quality than colorpop, maybe that’s why they don’t allow exchange and returns.

Ordered something from y'all but y'all lost it. very disappointed
