I have ordered since a month and still did not get my order I haven’t tried their make up till now but so far I haven’t receive any one of the orders

I made my order in Feb but i have not received it yet! Waiting for the goods almost two months! I sent email to Colourpop for enquiry my order but no help at all.

Really bad customer service, every time some else responded and didn’t really read previous emails. I’ve warned them that shipment was going wrong and asked for help, usually shipper can get more information through logistic partner, I only got standard answers and they didn’t even try to help me. I really wanted my package. Shipment went wrong and is shipped back a while ago. Haven’t yet received any help, updates or my refund. Just arrange that shipments like these can be shipped directly back to customer because now I’m missing out on sold out items. Also inform staff to read into the case instead of repeatedly sending a standard response.

I ordered 3 items, only 1 correct and one of them are broken and i ordered a kit only gave me the palate.

I did not get it sent at my right address and when I tried to reorder my item it was out of stock for the longest.

Shipping takes way to long

The products I received were not from color pop not even what I ordered

Colourpop's customer service is horrible. I have contacted them 5-6 times regarding two issues with my order. I have received the same form letter in return asking for a photo of the missing items. I have sent this several times by email and twice by contact form online. I either get the same form letter response back (asking for a photo) or no response at all. I have not been reimbursed. I have not received a replacement for my missing order items. I do not plan to order again online from Colourpop. As a new customer I was very disappointed.
