Bad quality not as expected

I try to order 3 times but the payment unable to process, contact customer service also no reply.

I think it’s important to let your customers know about the conversion when ordering to Canada. There was NOTHING on the site stating you would be paying extra once the product was ordered. You should also be able to do refunds. I will never be ordering again, especially after contacting the representative and they did absolutely nothing!

Products were trash and i can’t even return them because they don’t have a darn return policy

My logistics hasn't been updated. You asked me to wait until March 23. It's due. No one replied to the email. The email has been stuck in the United States. Your after-sales service is too poor. My refund can't be received, and the goods can't be received. How can you deal with it.

I gave it a 1 star because products were never received. I have tried to get a refund but still nothing. Hopefully if I ever receive and use them I will update my review
