I was suppose to get a free mascara with purchase and reached out to customer service when it wasn't properly added to my cart. There were still mascaras available. The rep said I didn't qualify because I used a discount code. I explained to the rep that I hadn't used a discount code. Needless to say, the mascara wasn't added to my purchase. Be careful of ColourPop offering bonuses but not giving them.

Shipping took a VERY VERY long time, products were ok but one of the super shock blushes looked warped when it arrived.

Nice products for a fair Price. But the Customer Service is very Slow and not very helpfull. I asked for a bill, because I need it for the german taxes. Until today I didnt get an answer.

Shadow quality is a tad below drugstore.

Shipping took about a month. Probably would only purchase their products from Ulta in the future.

I have been a loyal Colourpop consumer for years but I bought exclusively in stores until I discovered the website several years ago. That said, I review Colourpop products regularly on sites like Influenster and Instagram ad can't think of anything that has ever been a "negative" or even a "neutral". However, this order had several broken items including three super shock eye shadows and a mascara that was completely dried out/unusable. After a few attempts to contact customer service I was elated at a positive response from someone who seemed very willing to help and asked me to give the details again (for precision?)so they could "send out replacements right away." I quickly sent the information and a few days later had a response saying instead of sending replacement items I had been issued a store credit for the equivalent of less than one item's new price. My last order was during a sale that ended and all of the items are back at the original full retail price. I wrote back (twice) asking about the stipulations of the fine print for this credit and as of now, three weeks later, no one has responded. I understand mishaps occur but in this instance the paid shipping took longer than every other company I've ordered from (which tax and shipping weren't factored in to my $<10 credit) and I have unusable products that I guess I'm supposed to throw away and no replacements coming. I almost forgot, since trying these items there is also an eyeliner that was broken inside the twist up tube but I haven't bothered wasting my time as I don't want to be upset with a company with whom I still want to shop. I guess my orders this last year were too small to matter and since I changed my account(address and email) after 2019 my larger orders couldn't be seen. That is the only reason I could guess why someone who spent as much as I did -before losing my jobs due to the pandemic- wouldn't have been sent replacement items or offered the equivalent.

I always feel like expensive makeup is overrated. I can achieve the same results with dollar store makeup. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I mean, the color payoff is lit, but so much creasing and fallout. Also, the Matt black shadow in the lower left corner fell out of the palette the second day I used it. I regret paying $17 for it and I’ll never order from the site again.

I emailed them about a blush that I received in the mail that came broken, they never responded.
