I was missing some items fro An order and I’ve messaged them 5 times and have never gotten any response. Make up is great, products weren’t disappointing. But customer service is impossible. Really unhappy I lost out on 20$. I got two orders for 400$ and they can’t reply about missing products.

I felt the colours were not as they appeared online. I was not impressed with the quality of the eyeshadows. Very soft & seem to have melted into a mess. Not what I was expecting.

I needed few things from colourpop and my transaction happened to be a nightmare. I placed the order which was dispatched after passing 5 business days and upon my follow up. Shipment took so much time that the flight which supposed to take my stuff out of USA left but my package was not yet delivered. I requested site to either cancel my order or I will return the stuff as it was useless for me now but customer care rep refused to do so and said we don't have such policy of refund. What's a crap this site is. I will not make more transactions with colourpop. I had very good shopping experience with bestbuy, amazon, Macy's and many more.

Wow what a let down. Some great products, but half of my gel eye pots were dry, one product was missing, and customer service has ignored my request for a refund because of the missing product. Avoid unless you like to waste money, if something goes wrong you’ll never see your money back.

I got 2 gel eyeliners and a creme eyeshadow and they were all dried out and could not be applied. It was so disappointing. Tried contacting customer service serval times and they never replied!
