Order placed on April 28th - not received by June 14th

worst quality of colour powder I have ever used!

Nothing was delivered yet the order shows it was.

Shipping time takes forever, to the point I almost forget I ordered stuff. AAAND you sent me a $5 coupon with NO WAY to put it onto my order.

All the colours were dry and don’t rehydrate with water. I looked on the website and online to see if there was something else I could use to reactivate them but found nothing. So they are basically useless. Would love some tips if I’m doing something wrong :)

I did not receive a waybill document that tells me information about my international package so I do not have my order.

Depuis 1 mois je les harcèle pour recevoir ma commande ou être remboursé ils vous envoient le même mail sans prendre en considération vos demandes j'ai perdu mon argent des voleurs à fuir

I was so exicted to order these products just to get nothing. Placed my order and didn't get a shipping email after 3 weeks I sent them an email they said my order was still processing. I send another email a month and a half later and they replied saying there was an issues processing my order and initial rqst was cancelled. Bummer
