Excuses Me!i didn’t receive my package yet, can I return it?

Loved Colourpop up till a few days ago! Customer service is horrible! Bought 2 build your own pallets...shipment finally came in and I was MISSING 4 colors! They asked me to send a picture of the products i received and a picture of the invoice....sent both! I get an email the next day saying they have sent a credit ($7.52) for my next purchase...ok, please point out where i can purchase the 4 eyeshadows that I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR AND Y'ALL DIDN'T SHIP IT for $7.52...cause the colors that im seeing now cost almost that much for 1!!! I have bought almost $500 worth of products from them...like i said, liked them until a few days ago, but this will definitely be the last time for me! BUY WITH CAUTION!!

Tried 3 of your "just a tint" and they were horrible. They were more than a tint, not like the color on display, nothing like the advertisement of someone putting it on, it chunked apart and you can't return it. WASTE OF MONEY!!!!

If I could give less stars I would. I received a broken liquid lipstick that made a mess all over my table and I had to throw away a place matt. When I contacted customer service they wanted a picture. I had thrown away the mess. So they never contacted me again. Nothing, multiple emails no reply. So I am done with this company.

The lux lip glosses where not good at all. 2 of them broke the lip gloss got very cakey.

A wrong order was sent to me and MY order wasn’t able to be resent to China .I have no choice except request a refund .
