Colourpop offers a lot of high quality products at reasonable prices. I have had issues with my orders, including a package that got sent to Germany and took almost a month to get it back. This happened with their Disney collection over the holidays. However, the products arrived in tact. Colourpop does package their products well. While I do enjoy their products, they do release a lot of new products on a weekly basis. This can be overwhelming, which makes me not want to purchase products because every week there is something new. I'm getting Colourpop fatigue!

The system doesnt load the page properly and I have to scroll down and back up to see the entire page of products. When my last order was made, it took several days to update the status from confirmed to processed, then poof it arrived. Otherwise products and pricing are excellent.

Really fun and good quality makeup that is cruelty free and has vegan options. I love their pallets and skincare products. Some of their skincare is the best I've used. The only downside is that you cannot return anything if it doesn't work out or if there's a mistake. Make sure you don't accidentally put 4 of the same eyeliner in your cart before check out! I do recommend this company for skincare enthusiasts and makeup lovers alike.

Colourpop is a great brand! They offer high quality products that are comparable to prestige brands, all at very affordable prices. Be aware that they do not accept returns, and do not indicate if their products are non-comedogenic. That being said, it is recommended that you order one or two products to try as a start to test for any possible skin irritation. I have sensitive skin myself, and have not had any problems with their products that I have tried (mascara, eyeshadow, lippies, blushes and highlighters). Shipping takes a bit longer than other companies (5 - 10 business days), but is worth the wait in my opinion. They also launch a ton of products often, and their skin care line is very good too!

Let me start off by saying, I LOVE their products and wish there was a store that sold everything!!! The only reason I’m leaving a 4 star review is because of shipping issues I’ve had. I’ve orders from Colourpop a few times in total and every time I’ve had some weird issue. Their customer service is usually very quick with responses about issues but it’s just frustrating that I even need to reach out to them about shipping issues in the first place. First time I ordered I received the completely wrong order, second time my order took much much longer than it should have to reach me and the third time I didn’t receive anything at all when it said “delivered” but thank god they resent the package again - this time I didn’t receive it! I wish the shipping process was smoother but hey - I’m just waiting for a full in colourpop store so I can give y’all my money ;)

I LOVE the products I get in the mail and they work amazing! I absolutely love this brand. I only gave 4 stars because I found that the shipping and order processing took quite a little bit longer than I anticipated and expected. After ordering for them once or twice i know now the time it takes but i still feel it shouldn't take the time that it does.
