First time shopper on your site. Bought a couple of amazing products at Ulta before. Saw the Lilac items on Instagram and wanted a couple things. Only drawback that I knocked one star off for was when your website opened it went right to the new products and I would’ve looked at other things, but the layout wasn’t friendly to see other items.

When the palette arrived, some of the eyeshadows were broke. Needs more package stuffing.

Their shipping is a lil slow as far as leaving the warehouse but the quality they put out is top notch
