I placed my order over 10 days ago and it still hasn't shipped! I tried to cancel but that's not an option. I am very upset!!

I was going to buy the Sailor Moon package but couldn’t get it when I had to pay because it was out of stock, just I just took the palette and the lip things, juste like many. I waited for the re-stockage but again, it was way to quick and not enough so I’m still bitter.

I was really excited to order some products from the Sailor Moon collection but when it came, there was an item missing. Also the blusher was in an opened box and the plastic coating on the mirror has started to peel off. I contacted the customer services department and I wasn't even given the option of a replacement. I was first told I could have a gift card for the missing item which was ludicrious as I wouldn't have bothered paying the international postage for just one item. When I mentioned this I was given a refund for just the missing item. Worst customer service I have ever seen, wasn't interested in keeping me as a customer at all.

Bristles on lip gloss were separated. I bought the sailormoon gloss.

Could’ve had fun using the makeup during this quarantine ahaha cause a bish bored!!!

I give one star due to the shipping, I waited almost a month to receive my package and still haven't gotten it. Now they returned it back to sender. Overall a bad experience.
