My order #15991986 was never delivered some how (tracking 9200190204994420947584). I have been waiting weeks. Not buying colour pop again.

I have ordered from Colourpop plenty of times in the past 6 years and never had a problem with Colourpop until this February. I placed an order & my package was never delivered. I contacted customer service and they were not so helpful. I mentioned that I’ve already read through the FAQ’s & the rep still gave me generic answers, identical to the answers on FAQ’s. They verified my packaged was undeliverable & was on its way back to headquarters but still didn’t want to issue a refund. Initially, I didn’t want a refund. I wanted the products in my purchase but they said they were unable to resend my package to me once it came back to them. Then, the rep advised I can reorder my items, but how? KNOWING that collection is sold out. It’s been over a month & my issue is still unresolved.

My Sailor Moon palette cane damaged and when I contacted customer service they gave me an automated response and didn’t even bother to resolve the issue

I bought 2 pallets for myself for my birthday, then a few days later I get an email that they aren't shipping until further notice. It would have been nice to know the day I made my order.

I had a complete Sailor Moon order in when the launched happened . I wanted it for myself I was not one of the people that decided to sell it for $500 on eBay . And it was in my cart I SUBMITTED my card and then it said error this item was sold out while I was waiting 10 minutes for my card to process . It was a mess . The part that is frustrating is no one did anything to make it better for all those who lost out . Just makes me 1. Not feel like the checkout is secure and 2. Not order from Colourpop Again because of the lack of customer service or willing to make things right .

Terrible experience with the Sailor Moon collab drop.

Mulan from your website: Never got it. Paid but still no tracking. Site crashed and missed out on items. Sailor moon through Ulta online: site kept crashing, got 1 item. Sailor moon store: all store sold out in “seconds”, friends and I got 0 items. Sailor Moon on your website: Had everything I wanted in my cart and the site kept crashing for over 30 mins and wouldn’t let me pay for it through pay pal, Apple Pay, or directly. Extremely frustrating. 15 of my friends had a count down party, none of us got the pack. Some got lip stuff but that was it. Extremely disappointed. Not sure if I’ll ever buy colour pop again.
