I never got my order :( I ordered from feb 25

I ordered a palette that never came and they said they would refund, so fat I have received nothing. It was months ago

They don't know how to handle launches at all. When it was Sailor Moon's launch i got to the website 4 hours priors to the launch so i was absolutely sure wouldn't miss it, i check in with my email the day before and when i was on the line to checkout with all my items, at the very moment to pay suddenly some of them "sold out", even when i got there in the priority list i couldn't get all my items and they took almost a month to send all my stuff, plus, since they take forever to send your receipt in the mail, i checkout twice cause i didn't want to lose other items AGAIN and i ended up having twice of the sutff i wanted, cause you can't cancel orders once you make them. I will not buy from them again ever, terrible experience, and this is the first time it ever happend to me with any other makeup launch.

My sailor moon orden came complete and in time, but I made an order with a friend, I bougth like 6 paletes and only got 2, my friend bougth 3 and got 2, and my other friend order 3 and got none

Had a really crappy experience with CP. I ordered the sailormoon eyeshadow pallete instead they sent me a lip gloss! They charged me for the palette then offered me a store credit that can only be used in full and expires in June. Lol!!! Also really bad customer service... like really bad.

2 of the 3 pallettes came smashed and colurpop will NOT replace or refund. I'll never purchase from them again. Customer service and quality control are AWFUL!

100%, hands down, no doubt about it, worst customer service I have ever experienced. On top of that, the 9 pan palettes I bought on sale were crap quality. Sorry for my lauange but to me, it seemed like these were rushed and the customers got the short end of the stick. Will never buy through CP directly, only through ULTA because I can trust, and count on ulta to have my back. Where as colourpop themselves? They could absolutely care less. If I could post screenshots, I would.

A horrifying experience. I ordered Three items only received ONE and customer service basically ignored me until PayPal refunded me. Won’t order again, lost a customer that’s been with them since launch.
