I want to start by saying that I usually love anything I order but wished they offered refunds. Sometimes I hesitate to order products knowing that I am stuck with it if I don’t like it.

Honestly, I really love colourpop. They have pretty good prices, their products are quality, and the pigments they have are so beautiful. However, I hate that you can barely find any coupons and if you can, they don't stack on top of website deals (ex: I am a student so I should get 10% off, but they also had store sales and they couldn't combine). I think that's a little silly because then my student discount really doesn't save me much. Also, if something is wrong they don't do returns or exchanges. I understand it's because their products are inexpensive, but if there's an error it becomes waster money.

I didnt know it was USD so i ended up spending more than i thought but other than that it was fantastic!!

I would if you all will continue to sell Netta. It’s my absolute favorite gloss and it’s so affordable.

I usually order lipglosses from colourpop and when I receive them in the mail, it always looks as if the box had been tampered with and opened. Like the producers were quick to stuff the product in the box or check that it was the right on in there. The actual lipglosses are fine but I just wish the presentation was a a little better instead of receiving open lipglosses boxes all the time. Also, there should be a policy where someone who does not like the lip shade when they try it on be offered another chance to chose something more fitting for them. Target had the policy that if u try on a lip color and u don’t like it, u can get a full refund or swap it out for equal value or whatnot. Colourpop should try the same thing because we all have different color lips and it’s hard to compare yours to a model online or an arm swatch. Thank you!

There's no comparison to Colourpop's eyeshadows. My only issue is they go out of stock too often! I'm not as much of a fan of their liquid lipsticks though. The lip formula feels sticky enough I feel like I am peeling my lips apart whenever I open my mouth, and the stiff brush applicator is not so great either. I will come back for their eyeshadows, blushes, and highlighters all day long! Please please please put a mirror in your magnetic palette!

I love colourpop. I’ve been using it for over 4 years now. I love that it’s affordable and that there are always new items. I wish there was a frequent buyer card that earned rewards. Especially since you can’t return items (understandably since it’s so affordable), but it would be nice to make up for those items that didn’t work for you buy getting a free item once in a while.

I would like a clearer idea of when my package is going to arrive from when I order it.
