Although I understand that the company has no control over the situation with COVID-19, I purchased my item and have yet to hear anything about my purchase. I was sent a explaination that your distribution centers are shut down but have recieved no update about my orders status or anything.

I ordered 3 palettes, only 1 arrived. After contacting their Customer Service, Sabeen S responded and just give me a stupid coupon that wont work during sales, which is when I buy them for my shop. I’ve asked them for refund and they havent responded. Unfortunately now I have to fork out my own money to refund to my customers. Money is tight during this pandemic and I cannot believe that because of their negligence, I have to pay for it. And those coupons cant even buy those 2 palettes at normal price. Colourpop sucks. Dont buy

My order has been missing since 6 March 2020. I contacted customer service for assistance and was only provided with a standard template reply. If Colourpop is not responsible for delivery of products and puts the blame on courier services chosen by Colourpop themselves, who are customers to go to with they do not receive their parcels? I have purchased from Colourpop several times over the years and this experience has rendered me speechless. It is unacceptable - I have no way of tracing my parcel nor is Colourpop willing to refund my order. I will never be purchasing from Colourpop ever again.

The shipping took AGES. I loved the quality of the shadows applications at first, but two hours deep I had the gnarliest creasing and fading. My first palette was the 2020 Valentine’s Day palette (I cant remember the name), and I ordered the smoke sessions or blowing smoke or whatever in the time it took to ship. I had the same problem with creasing and fading. I’m over it. Shipping takes forever, the longevity is abysmal, and glitters are not safe for eyes. Yeah, no. Hard pass.

Woke up at 4am australian time to grab a limited collection and got a confirmation order, only for them to cancel an hour later when it was already sold out! Still deducted money from my account and wasn't refunded til a few days later. Super disappointed and frustrated that their system wasn't syncing the amount of orders placed with what they had in stock.

I had an issue with the Palette I recently bought. It has a foreign object in one of the shadows. I emailed my concerns to Colourpop, but instead of the Colourpop representative helping me. She blamed the problem on me. Very disrespectful and not helpful AT ALL . I would not recommend.
