My package never arrived. And this is the second time it happens.

Took forever, tracking didn’t work, didn’t receive first package recieved someone else’s who lives two states away and still haven’t gotten the replacement. It’s been over a month since I ordered

I can’t use the skincare products that I ordered and they have a no return policy.

Hice un pedido que nunca llegó. Miraba como estaba el proceso cada semana y demoraba mucho el envío. Pasaron dos meses y empecé a reclamar...he estado escribiendo emails cada cierto tiempo pero no he podido solucionarlo. Según su política de envíos (toda en inglés) comenta que hay tiempos para hacer reclamaciones....si no lo haces en ese tiempo la empresa no te reembolsa nada para ser justos con el resto de clientes. Me parece una tontería y hace que no vuelva a comprar. El producto es de buena calidad, las colecciones son muy bonitas....pero vigilad el envío, hacer capturas del seguimiento para mostrarlo y así no tengáis el mismo problema que yo....casi 100euros tirados a la basura.

My items have not arrived. It’s been 29 business days and they claim it would all be resolved by 21 at the latest. When I checked previously I was just given a typical copy and pasted reply of 21days, meaning they couldn’t even be bothered to check anything on their end. I am still waiting 29 business days in and have not received it.

Could not get first time purchase discount to work. I did a review and did not receive the $ 5 discount. My order took forever to arrive

Never got My package

I have not received my order. Six months have passed and my order did not arrive in my city. Colourpop did not give me a solution. I am really very sad.
