Shipping was fast, but was disappointed that both mascaras were super dried out. Literally can’t even see the red pigment like advertised.

The blush barely leaves any pigment, the mascara dries out very fast and is very clumpy. The concealer doesn’t really do a good job at hiding my dark circles and it doesn’t suit mature skin as it sits in all the fine lines under my eyes as well. The foundation wasn’t suitable for my skin and make me break out. Overall I like the tinted brow gel, but I won’t be reordering unfortunately.

2 of my mystery pallets arrived damaged more bubble wrap or items should of been more secured seemed thrown in the box and things rattled around inside now im worried because i have a second order coming

I bought the Stranger Things eyeshadow pallet for $26, and a day or so later got an email that the pallet was $12 cheaper than what I paid for it. I contacted customer service with picture proof about what I paid versus what was being advertised and the only response I got was “the price is $26 sorry for the inconvenience”. The email was a mistake and that’s false advertising if you ask me. I should have been refunded $12. I know that doesn’t seem like much money to some people but it is to me!

love the makeup and the price. why it takes so long to ship from california to new york, i do not know.

My recent lipgloss purchase is a Christmas gift. I bought the surprise pallettes with the intention of gifting those also. Unfortunately one pallette had cracked eyeshadow colors, so now I have to keep it.

Hard to buy from them online as they do not allow returns except potentially if item is damaged. Products seem cheap overall and do tend to arrive damaged more often than not. Every eyeshadow pallette I have bought from them has broken/had at least one color fall out of the pan within a few months. Good for cheap, fun makeup but nothing you'd use long term.

The product has gotten more expensive yet the quality has gone down
