I've been a customer of Colourpop for many years. I've seen a decline in product quality and customer service. My most recent order will be my last purchase with Colourpop. I received the Vegan Brush Set with multiple other products. This brush set has such a toxic smell, it had to not just be thrown away but actually removed from the house. The toxic smell is that strong. No way I would put those brushes to my skin that retain the smell. This is a huge decline of product quality. The customer service team has not responded regardless of the multiple reviews I've left after this experience. Highly disappointed about the decline in Colourpop overall. Do not recommend.

The lipsticks does not stay long.

My order never arrived, and the support did not responded, so basically they took my money and give me nothing, definitely not shopping again here.

They take too long to ship over 3 weeks after placing your order. It’s really difficult to email customer service I asked for a refund when my order was not shipping.

Ordered an eyeshadow stick that was a bit too dark, a bit too brown. Asked "Customer Service" (or whatever ColourPop calls their advisors) for an alternate suggestion. Weeks later: nothing. That's how much more business I'll do with this company.

I never received my order and after many attempts to contact customer service I am out the money I spent with no product to show for it.

Customer service. I love colourpop but need to improve customer service. I still haven’t received an order i made about a month ago and when i “did” they send it somewhere else literally an hour away of my address i reached out and til this day i finally got a response.

Shipping is so SLOW! Ordered with priority mail, 5 days later my items finally ship but have not moved via postal service at all. Just label created. This is my third order from them and EVERY SINGLE TIME, this has happened. Won’t order from them again.
