I love your products. I’m so thankful they’re affordable yet the quality is excellent too. My only critique is to please wrap each product in plastic OR fully seal the boxes/packages with tape indicating the product is new & has never been opened or used or returned, etc. When I purchase items from Ulta or Sephora, each item comes individually sealed indicating it hasn’t been tampered with. As a consumer, I like that! It makes me feel comfortable & safe & like you guys really are selling us something “new”. After purchasing lip & eye products from Coloupop, I have to trust in the company that what I’m about to put on my face is clean & has never been used since the box wasn’t taped shut nor was the tube sealed tightly with plastic. That’s the only change I’d like to see within your company, if it’s possible of course. Other than that, you all do a wonderful job making fantastic products at fantastic prices.

I love their cleansing products the most, but everything I’ve tried is GREAT! The lip stick often ends up on my teeth so I don’t wear a ton of it but I recommend Colourpop to friends all the time!

The time of shipping is great, their products are amazing, but on my first purchase I had an issue with some missing products and they didn't refund me, they only gave me a discount code

Great LA local beauty store. Love the fact I can use alipay to shop. Love the fact that it offers so many new products each season. My only complaints are : 1, barely accepts any returns. It’s vry hard to return any thing unwanted; 2, products are very office inappropriate. Their products are very good for brown skin color and dramatic beauty looks. While i mainly work in the office environment, their online pictures are way lighter in color compared to real products. Please develop a line that is office appropriate.

I love everything by Colourpop and what they stand for! My makeup collection is now 90% Colourpop because it performs equally to more expensive brands if not better then most (in my opinion). Their customer service is hit or miss depending on the person but overall pretty good as well!

My experience was good. The only thing that I was a little bummed about what not all of the products had images of it being used so I was unsure how it would look on or with my skin tone. Other than that, it was great!

Love everything about colourpop made in America & they don't test on animals. Everything I've ever ordered has been amazing whether it's a collection or individual pieces. I love that you have the option to to buy individual pieces a whole collection or just make my own palette with colors I want. I love that they have expanded with the SOL products and fourth ray beauty products. when it comes to product and price colour-pop is hands-down my go-to place to buy makeup. However they sell out really fast (not surprised) but don't restock fast enough. The self-help is very helpful but when you need a specific question answered and you send an email they give you the same answers they give you in the self-help and at the end of the day you don't get your answer or they take so long to reply. Therefore I give it the products 5 star but customer service 3 and all together I think they are a 4 star company
