My order still hasn’t been shipped.

My box was not packaged correctly, and 3 tops weren’t closed correctly so the box I received looked like a 3 year old drew all over it with my lippies that they do not return. Product is great but shipping and return policies are not fair for the amount of money I spent on Colourpop.

I didn't get my parcel. And collorpop doesn't reply to my messages

Never got my order, customer service just sent copy-paste replies to my emails, never attempted to fix my issue, and a month and a half later I was just refunded with no help ever given to me. Very upsetting.

My products never arrived. I ordered it on February 14, I kept emailing, posting on social media, sending DM on IG, and no one replied. I waited for more than a month, and sent several emails before someone replied that Colorpop will refund me my money. I have not received it yet.

online experience is always the worst. i placed an order last month and received an INCORRECT eyeshadow pallete (that is no longer available on the website btw) and contacted customer support and received another one that was STILL incorrect. both were missing shades and had duplicate shades as well and was extremely inconvenient for me having to continue contacting customer support every day. colourpop has amazing products however my online experiences make me not want to use the website anymore.

they marked my shipment as delivered, took my money, and never actually delivered me anything. then they refused to respond to any of my emails or give me my money back. they basically robbed me. it makes me sad because i love this brand usually
