The products are great but their shipping information is lacking. The same day they notified me that my item was shipped with a tracking number is the day I received my package.

I ordered two items from Colourpop and upon receiving, one of the products were missing from its container. I reached out and had a solution before the end of the next day with a replacement sent out immediately. Thankful for the speedy service!

Shipping time is slow! From when I place my order till delivery date is usually 9 days 😞

Colors are poppinggg✨ The packaging is super cute. My only complaint it the over use of plastic, I wish they would use packaging material that wasn’t so harmful for the environment but I understand the need to keep everything secure. Just a thought, but other than that it’s the only makeup site I adore
