Barely any pigment even when layered. Glitter shades don’t show up at all.

Horrible shipping. Way too long. I love colourpop’s products, just wish they would work on deliveries better. I’ll wait months until I get my package and I really don’t think that’s fair to the customer.

Got my package missing the first time and customer service is horrible. Worst customer service of all brands I purchased from. No phone number available for customer service. Take forever to respond email. Won't shop from colourpop ever again.

I bought the Dream Big vault at the beginning of March and only got one notification about it being shipped and never heard back, so I contact colourpop and they tell me to talk to the mail courier, so I do and they tell me to go contact colourpop, by now I’m sick of the back and fourth and I want a refund only for colourpop to tell me they don’t do refunds after a certain time. They stole my money

I made an order on the site on February 17th and still have not received it, nor have I received compensation for the order. very disappointed with the service. it was supposed to be my first experience with colorpop cosmetics, it’s a pity that he didn’t succeed.
