I waited more then 1 full month for the parcel, when i email your customer service all i get is wait wait wait even the remarks of the courier says pending, something is wrong right! By calling the courier and check wouldn’t take alot of your time. And finally after 1 month the same girl that handles all my emails say oh sorry maybe it got lost somehow! And refund will take another 7-14 days Seriously??? We buy lots of stuffs from usa And to be honest , your service is the worst and longest. Is quite a pity as the products are great, but your service and courier really need some improvement.

Most of my colourpop order was missing. I live in UK and had to pay alot extra for the items to ship. Took a while for customer service to issue and refund, they were not apologetic. I received my refund but dissapointed that they didn't not refund part of the extra I paid which was for alot more items so I feel like I wasted money!

I ordered more than a month ago but still didn't get my order and customer service is very rude. I paid $126 for my order it's my right to ask about it

ordered a « build your palet » thing and received the wrong palet size. 24 eyeshadow and the tiny little empty palet??? then i contact customer service stating that i paid a 20 euros tax and there is no way i am paying it again when they send me the right palet. the response: we’re giving you a 10$ coupon ( that doesnt work on the EXPENSIIIIVE shipment) . literally pure trash customer service. Oh yeah and it took at least 3 weeks to come in in the first place. you will neVER see me again :)
