Had to refund because I never receive my order

All of the pans of eyeshadow fell out of 2 of my palettes and completely ruined them. One pan from one palette fell into the toilet and I can't find one that fell out of the other palette. So the 2 palettes from colourpop that I tried to use are ruined and I won't even use the other one because I don't want all the eye Shadows to fall out like the others did. I was refunded for 1 palette but not the other. So I'm done with this company. Idk why they don't glue the pans down so the eye Shadows don't fall out and get ruined like mine did. It sucks too because I liked the other products I bought from them

This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from here and the second time I’ve been missing a product. Customer Service was utterly useless and I had to bring up consumer law just to get a refund

Every single eyeshadow on my pallets came broken. Definitely disappointing.

Scam artists. Changed my cart total without notice and wouldn't honor sales price when contacted about it. I'll never shop colourpop again.

This packeage did not arrived, i contact with the custome service for return and they couldn’t help me! So i lost my money and have nothing.

I never received my package and it was really hard to communicate with customer service about that. I still haven’t received my replacement which i understand because of the world right now, but am I ever going to after this is over? i don’t know if i can say i believe i will and i wasn’t allowed to get a refund, for a package i never received.
