Some products are better than others but given the price, it's all worth trying. You might just love it. Items come beautifully packaged.

Delivery was consistent and I could see exactly where my parcel was going throughout its journey. Products are fantastic - great pigment and long lasting! Only thing is I don’t really like the way they designed their lippie pencils - I really wish you could roll the base of the pencil when the nib gets blunt (the pencil sharpens horrendously). Make sure you look at swatches on google images too because their images aren’t true to reality.

I love Colourpop! The quality is honestly on par if not better than a lot of high-end brands! And I have been a shopper with them for a long time. However, I feel like so many things that I want are just not available on the website all of the time, as they are so focused on shilling out new collections. And what's worse is that the creativity in a lot of the recent collections for the past year have just been less and less creative.

Beautiful colors but the sizes are not as expected. That is very misleading. But beautiful tho!

I own most of Colourpop’s eyeshadows, and am very happy with them. My own complaint would be that I’ve had two palettes show up with broken eyeshadows and one online order never delivered. Colourpop replaced the broken eyeshadows and is to replace the missing order.

Love their products,but shipping can be kind of slow, especially since I live fairly close to their warehouse/offices
