Shipping took forever

Mi pedido me costó mucho en averiguar dónde se encontraba ya que se había extraviado. Me puse en contacto con ellos y no me solucionaron mi problema ya que ellos me dijeron que era yo la que tenía que preguntar en la Oficina de correos de mi ciudad o que fuera a la Oficina aduaneras a ver si se encontraba allí, no estaba en ningún sitio así que no se donde esta. Hice un pedido de 117,00€ así que no es una simple tonteria. Valoren ustedes mismos a ver que opinan.

I'm from Mexico, the shipping is truly a problem. The packages take more time to arrive from LA than others from another brand from China. Also in my second order there was an item missing. I suppose it was stolen but Colourpop just gave me a code to pay for the product again but not for the shipping. It's no just the fact that I was going to wait almost another month for muy product to arrive but also I was going to have to pay for the shipping again! If there's something I don't like about colourpop is their shipping service. It's awful

I bought the smallest mystery box and it was really disappointing, the price was not 60 as claimed, it seems like you sold the things you could not sell before on the sale . everything else was good

I literally ordered a week ago and the order hasn’t even shipped. The makeups great and it’s gonna be great regardless, I just ordered for a trip and it’s really sad how long this is taking
