The order was wrong and when I reached out to customer service there was no response. The products are fine.

It was 2 palettes broken

This rating does not include the products since I have not received them yet. I ordered over a month now and still I have not received my shipment. Colourpop should look into this matter. Action should be taken to change the shipping company. Many times I ordered from other countries including USA, Canada UK and some Asian countries, Maximum delivery was 3 weeks. Also No updates or follow up I can find on their website. No matter How many times I call they tell my to contact the merchant. I know since the package is out from the merchant warehouse its now should be the responsibility of the shipping company.

I love the actual quality of the colour pop products however the length of time that it took for it to get shipped out and then deliver to me is honestly what led to the poor rating. I understand that Canada is not the homebase for this business however it a month or even more to just ship the product and that is what will deter me from making future purchases. I ordered things from the UK on the same day I made my colour pop order and they were received much faster.

While I love ColourPops products, their eye pallettes and foundations are amazing. Their customer service is really bad. Well it's non existent. I recently ordered a lipstick that was in no way the colour described. It looked exactly like another colour they sell. I got back and email saying I should look at social media to see what colour lipsticks they are...ummmm no I sent photos of an incorrect lipstick and it was never addressed. I actually threw it away and will not purchase ColourPop again. It's sad. And a little ridiculous.

I ordered 2 cheek dew blushes and when they arrived they were already expired. The liquid was separating and chunky and it wouldn’t blend. I ended up having to throw them away. Colourpop needs to do some quality control because that was such a waste. Very disappointed. I won’t be buying from here again.

The shadow colors fly off a lot, the glitter colors doesn't even out on the skin, and the packaging fell apart even before it was taken out of the bubble warping.

It took almost 2 weeks to have my order shipped and another month for the products to finally be (partially) delivered. For the products I did receive, the quality of the Eyeshadows is really bad, lack of pigmentation and no staying power despite using my usual primers (Milani and Inglot eyeshadow keeper). The super shock shadows I receive are OK but not groundbreaking.
