I ordered a large amount of makeup. Order was “flagged for fraud” and canceled. I reached out to colourpop and was told I can never order from colourpop again because of fraud. No other explanation. I used Paypal as my payment method. Ever time I asked what fraud, I got nothing but “ we cannot fill any orders from you ever” NOT A GOOD COMPANY

Don't give accurate images of product. Then when I see the product and compare to the false images, I'm told they don't do exchanges, refunds or returns. This is bogus! Will never shoo there again.

I just received the surprise box, I was surprised! I did not like any thing that was in the box. I can’t use any of the colors! It had a blending sponge,fake lashes stickers for your face,it look like you bought it from a dollar store.the lip colors were way to dark. The eye pencil was gold. From the eye shadow to the lip gloss.I can use any of it. I just threw 50 dollars away! I contacted them to tell them how unsatisfied I was with the products. How I couldn’t use anything. Then simply said, read the terms of the agreement no returns and that was the end of it. So I would not recommend this to anyone!

Never received my order and was charged. Reached out to customer service and nothing has been resolved.

This company feels perfectly justified selling products they know are unsafe for your eyes in formats that lead you to believe they are meant for your eyes. They label their eyeshadow palettes “pressed pigment” and slap a tiny warning on the back to cover their asses legally all the while maintaining a zero returns policy. They claim it’s because of the “low” cost of the product. I would not describe this brand as particularly cheap when compared to products that perform similarly and that anyone can get at the drugstore. Beyond that their support staff is patronizing and inappropriate. They encouraged me to use the products on my eyes despite their own warning label indicating it was not to be used in the eye area. They more or less said “everyone else is doing it so don’t worry about it Queen 💅”. I wasn’t even going to write a review but colourpop asked so here it is. Don’t buy from colourpop. When you go blind from their unsafe products all they will have to say is “that sucks babe 😕”.

The lip stick I got in Parker lasted two days. Then the stick would no longer crank up.

Eyeshadows irritated my eyes. Very disappointed

you didn't bring my package on time so I couldn't have them, I paid for nothing thanks a lot.
