Customer service is crap. Worst service ever. No refunds even if they mess up. I only got half my order and it had been tampered with. Took over a month to even get them to fix it. Only reason I was refunded was because covid stopped them from shipping so they refunded me. Only for what was missing not for the crap products I recieved tampered with.

Let's talk about the crap you pulled on your "surprise with every order placed today." Leap your scam. You lead everyone to believe you were including a product or products in every order placed on leap year. I emailed customer service because I thought they forgot to include it with my order. Holy disappointed batman when I was told my gift with purchase was AN EMAIL with a coupon. Seriously. I am disappointed and betrayed. This is something I'd expect from More-Phi, not you guys. You guys have done gift with purchases in the past and mystery bags. This seemed like the best of both worlds. I have taken a step back from ordering from you guys because of this. I don't appreciate being lead on. You guys would have to collaborate with Raw beauty Kristy or more Anime to get me to purchase from you guys again. Seriously, who came up with that leap year scheme? You should include a pick slip in their next paycheck! Surprise! You anger off a ton of customers and the customer service had to tell people their surprise was a dump email not a product! Just look for the reddit thread post about how anger off others are. Have better promotions, probably worded emails and don't do that again.

I had ordered a lilac palette and two eyeliners. Instead I got a make your own palette. Trying to get in touch with customer service was not so great. When I finally did I was told I’d get part of my package and a coupon. Never did get the other part of my package. I am just super bummed because I was looking forward to trying the products I ordered out.
