Pretty good! Colors look different online than in person, read descriptions! Blend well, vibrant, and fun

The site is great and I love what I ordered, but I wish it came in more eco friendly packaging. The brushes I ordered were wrapped in thin plastic, which seemed pretty unsealed to me. I’d really like to see Colourpop do more for the environment. I would also love to see biodegradable glitter!

Amazing palette and pigments. I can see why they have to be individually packaged and sent (to avoid breaking). But it’s also a huge waste of plastic and packaging for each individual color.

Mostly was a great experience shipped fast all my palettes were awesome but one. Sweet talk the pan on one of the colors came out and all the product was on my vanity. Do i am unable to use that color im very sad about that one 😞😞😞😞😞😭😭😭😭😭😭

Love the prices and layout. Just wish shipping was faster and had better swatches of the products.

The perfect little makeup company. The only thing I splurge on now is mascara, foundation, and skincare products. Sorry, I don’t think the first two are there yet for me, and the skincare, well my skin gets very reactive, so I’d rather not chance anything with Fourth Ray. You’re putting out sooooo many palettes, you don’t give us time to want another one. Urban decay does slow releases on their palettes, so much so when a new Naked palette came out it was an event! Colourpop has made the novelty wear off in that sense. And then the shipping times, it takes a week for me to get my product and I’m in San Diego. Faster processing and shipping, please!!! Other than that, great job.

I rated 4 stars just on the previous experience of a different palette hoping that this doesn’t happen again. I’m giving colourpop another chance to redeem yourself. I dropped a palette from my hand into the sink and half the pods fell out and were ruined. I was completely upset and disappointed that this happened. The Lilac palette I just got does have cute colors and was able to use it for the first time and I’m satisfied. Just hoping the pods in this one can stay in place and take a bit of abuse.
