The eye shadow pallet looked a lot more browns than reds online. Disappointed as I really wanted more browns :(

Excellent customer service, good prices, innovative products/collections/concepts. I wish they would slow down on releases (maybe 2-3 per month instead of 4-5+) because it’s overwhelming and makes it a lot easier to pass on products. I would be more tempted to buy if launches were more spaced out. Great quality cosmetics and affordable.

ColourPop has great products at affordable prices. Love all the product I've purchased. My only complaint is their shipping speeds. They release new collections basically weekly, and they just cannot keep up on the fulfillment side. It makes me consider only buying what's in Ulta.

I love Colourpop, but my last product received was incorrect. One of the shades in the palette was missing and instead another was duplicated.

Colourpop create great products with really affordable prices. The only issue I have experienced is that international shipping to the UK sometimes takes longer than with other US companies and I somehow have customs charges on every order I have placed (I don't blame them for that at all but it is annoying). I also sometimes haven't had notification of orders shipping, but this is probably because of the volume of orders they receive so I don't know how this can be avoided.
