Colourpop cosmetics makes great products, but a company is only as good as their customer service. I’m disappointed that colourpop is taking orders and people’s money when they don’t have any timeline at all for getting orders shipped out during the pandemic. The company as a whole hasn’t made the necessary effort to make it easy to get money back on orders, there should be more communication about when we will receive what we paid for and until then they shouldn’t be taking people’s money. I ordered $100 of colourpop cosmetics and have yet to receive my refund or my products over a month later. This experience really makes me think twice before buying from them every again. Very disappointed and upset.

It took forever for my package to arrive and when it arrived two palettes were damaged. I hope they can make this inconvenience up. Or i guess I’m going to have to shop else where :( but I love the variety and design of palettes though :(

I ordered my items late March and I still have not received anything and it was deducted from my account.

I order something almost a month ago and nothing, im still waiting.

I order a whole pallet worth of singles they all came damaged and i contacted costumer service they basically told me i was wrong and it was my fault and they couldn’t do anything about it, thanks colour pop!

I have not received my package. it has been 1,5 month now. There is not sufficient information on the local carrier

I wanted to love the products I purchased so bad but I threw them away after a few uses. The ultra matte liquid lipstick doesn’t dry down even after hours and the concealer creases so bad even after setting powder.

They took almost a whole week to finally ship out my order, and claimed that it took that Long because of busy sale periods. What sale period exactly? They’re a large company so why take that Long? Anyway thanks to them taking their own sweet time, I’m unable to procure my package as the address it was shipped to is closed and has been for the past month because of a lockdown. I don’t even know if I’ll see the package when my office is open again. All I know is that if they didn’t take that Long to sent my package to be shipped out, I would have probably been able to receive it instead of worrying about whether someone stole it. Guess I’ll stick to Beautylish!
