Colourpop Cosmetics is one of my top fave beauty brands; great quality products, perfect prices and wide range to choose from...my only issue is their shipping is wayyyyyyyyyy too long...Over a week to receive my tracking info is absolutely ridiculous! They seriously need to do something about that issue.

I love Colourpop to death! I think that they could improve by keeping pressed glitters OUT OF PALETTES! Another improvement I hope to see is more card board and paper packaging. I try to keep my plastic consumption down and was sad to see so many plastic palettes this year. The final way that I would like to see improvement is in more consistent shipping times. Sometimes I get my items in a couple of days, sometimes in a couple of weeks. I understand that sometimes availability is an issue, but this should be reflected on the website and not affect shipping schedules.

I love every product I have ever gotten from Colourpop, and I am often referring all of my friends to their products. I do, however, wish that sometimes they would be a little better at shipping, as I have had several orders before become delayed because unexpected popularity in a new item. Overall, I love the quality of their products and the fact that they are all made here in the US

I’ve been a ride or die colourpop customer since 2014 and have never purchased a product that I didn’t like. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the shipping isn’t the quickest and the product shots aren’t true to color. I’d recommend better shipping and product shots and a better shade matching system for base products to help new customers feel better about purchasing from and online company.
