Bien que consciente de l'état actuel des choses avec l'épidémie jattend toujours mon colis et n'ai eu aucune nouvelles de la part de l'entreprise, je peux uniquement me renseigner sur la plateforme du transporteur. L'entreprise ne m'a pas prévenue d'un éventuel contretemps dans la livraison et ne m'a proposé aucun dédommagement pour une commande au montant très important. J'apprécie énormément votre marque mais je ne suis pas certaine de passer à nouveau commande ou de la conseiller autour de moi.
