Came cracked

I made an order from 2 months ago and I still haven’t got it , I don’t think I’m going to order again although I wanted too but this is my first and last time ordering from colourpop because it’s talking to long.

I'm located in México and the post office you use to send the items in México is pretty bad you should use Dhl instead of the normal post. Once i bouth some things and I never received them. I don't care to pay more if I know that I'll received my order

VERY clumpy. AWFUL product.

I used to absolutely love Colourpop a few years back. Unfortunately upon receiving my first new products in a few years I was severely disappointed with the quality of the items. I emailed them about it to see if I just had a bad batch or if this was just how they were now but no one wanted to help me. I'm sad to say this but I really can't recommend Colourpop anymore, buy some other products elsewhere!

I paid for a package In mid March and reached out to someone that it had not arrived at the start of April though the tracking said it was in Sydney since the 27th. They advised me to be patient which I did as I understand the current situation. It’s now over a month since I ordered it and I reached out to the same team member who has now informed me to provide an alternate address for another replacement parcel... which I need to wait another 21 business days at most. I understand what the world is going through right now but it just made me feel like I’m not being looked after ..

My package didn't arrive to me

I ordered items and never received it. I informed the company and they told me to wait longer after waiting three weeks. Then after contacting after a month asking for a refund, they ignored my request and said that they sent a replacement. Another two weeks passed and I have yet to receive this "replacement" package they speak of. At first I thought it might've been shipping but I've been able to get packages from other companies with no problem.
