I ADORE colourpop! Shipping is always great and products always get to my house intact. I guess the only reason I’m giving a 4 star rating instead of 5 is because I ordered the new pretty fresh collection when it first launched and it gave me the 2day shipping option so of course I got it. But it’s been like 10 days and I have yet to receive my order :( it really is not a big deal to me because colourpop took the time to reach out and reimburse me the 2day shipping fee but now I’ve been having to wait longer than I expected for my products :( I guess what I would do if I’m launching something highly anticipated is, I wouldn’t give the 2-day shipping option just to avoid disappointment in case of something like this happening. Like I said, I don’t mind bc colourpop is my favorite brand ever but I can see how some people (crazy people) would get super upset over this! But other than that 10/10 recommend. ❤️

Good quality, affordable makeup. My issues are the lateness in fulfilling orders, though I do appreciate discount codes and little goodies thrown in to apologize and make up for it. My main complaint is usually what they throw in are not items I'd purchase or use, but I appreciate the sentiment. If they were more on top of shipping, they wouldn't need to do that at all. Overall though, I love the products and they are worth the wait.

Love the LipStix. Not a huge fan of the Mascara.

I am in LOVE with the items I ordered! My only issue was one item is missing, but I'm faithful that their customer service will help me out as soon as they can!

The shipping process took longer than expected. I had to wait almost 2 weeks to get my product from the time of order.

I love the variety of makeup. I do wish there were more vibrant/colorful options available for darker skin tones.

Colourpop prices and products/quality is great! The only sad thing is that shipping from the Netherlands can take quite long, and the wait is hard when you're waiting for such exciting products! But the shipping time makes sense as it has to travel far and go through customs here.

Overall, I'm satisfied. I bought the Baby Got Peach full kit and I have used most of it. The bronzer and blushers were my favorite and I liked the lip crayons, but I thought the eye shadow palette needed a darker brown instead of the useless glitter pan. Eyeliner was "just ok", I would have preferred a fatter crayon since there was no dark shadow. I have purchased a few shadow shocks and they are decent. Recently I ordered the fresh kit and tinted moisturizer, but the kit didn't include the blender sponge as advertised. I did get a nice lippy for the delay - that was appreciated and unexpected.
