4 stars only b/c my peachy eye palette 2 shadows were crushed!!!😔 But I love all my products!!!😍

I enjoy the Colourpop products for the most part. I am not a fan of the return policy, especially since most products are offered online and representation may not be 100% accurate. Shipping is a bit slow, but the company has reached out when orders take longer to process and offers discount codes and such. Very affordable and fun line. Looking forward to seeing how the brand develops.

I love Colourpop. The brand’s quality its amazing. Their efforts to improve world wide shipping has helped me to be able to order over and over again. Sometimes the tracking its not correct, or sometimes the shipping code won't update. I hope in the future we will be able to shop nonstop and receive everything shortly. Love you guys.

Taking into account that I don’t live in America, the delivery was quite fast, I was impressed. The products are amazing and they arrived in perfect conditions. It would be wonderful if you worked with European websites. Love your products, we all want you in Europe.

Products and price are great. Unfortunately, it’s extremely inconvenient to not have an option to cancel an order even minutes after placing one. Or at least being able to return it.

There is no samples，Logistics is slow

Great quality for the price. Orders take a while to process before they ship, though, and the minimum purchase to qualify for free shipping is a little high ($35) for a company with lower prices—especially if you only want to buy a couple things at a time to restock or try. Also, the return/refund policy is kind of a joke. Glad I haven’t had to use that yet.

The company kinda botched some orders in the past, and that gave me a sour experience. However I still love the products so much that I gave the company a second chance and the service this time was exceptional. It was shipped next day. It was delayed once the package was in the destination country (Canada) but i still received it in only 7 business days. Outstanding. I am now a very contented customer.
