the cost international shipping is too expensive. That the big issue

The products are amazing however I have yet to receive an order that does not have some type of damage to the items packaging.

Amazing makeup for an affordable price. Pigment was great, not much fallout and the palettes didn’t break. The palettes were smaller than expected but it’s still a reasonable size.

I love the concealer! It is sooo high coverage. You could use it as a foundation but I do not advise it as it is very fast drying which is my only complaint. Other than that, a lot of product is on the doe foot. You don’t need to dig in for more. Will be purchasing again in another shade :)

The order was late but they did add a lipstick into the order, not one I would ever wear but the effort was there and appreciated. Everything I wanted was there and intact, thank you!

Absolutely love the tinted Moisturizer, primer and setting spray!! Smells amazing and lasts through out the day. I only wish I would have gotten a darker color. Once I apply multiple times I can achieve close to the color I would like, but that kinda defeats the purpose of a tinted Moisturizer vs foundation. Wish you guys would budge on your exchange policy! ):

I love their products and prices but sometimes they are not made well, I have gotten foundation with a broken pump before and I have gotten concealer with an applicator that broke off inside it. I also recently purchased mascara that was not completely closed and was dried out.

10/10 product and price point. Website could be easier to browse. I would prefer to see swatches of all shades for a product type on a singular page. Should be more transparent about promo codes invalidating any other discounts. I didn’t see that the discounted products were full price until after I already paid.
